PLEASE NOTE: When submitting for a laboratory, please indicate whether there is a separate required lecture or if the presentation will be within the laboratory time. Required laboratory lectures included in a 4-hour laboratory session are a MAX of 45 minutes.

POSTER PRESENTATION APPLICATION
VDF would like to continue to feature the poster competition to recognize outstanding submissions by poster presenters. The Program Committee would like to encourage attendees to submit a poster presentation. In addition, abstracts submitted for scientific presentation but not selected may be invited to participate in the poster session presentation. Authors of posters selected for presentation by the Program Committee MUST submit a pdf of their poster prior to the meeting to be evaluated by a panel of judges. More details and deadlines will be provided in the poster presenter speaker agreement, provided to accepted poster presenters. Please read the Original Research Submission Guidelines for more information about presenting a poster.

The presentation length for each lecture could be: 20-45 minutes with a 5 minute Q&A to allow for a brief discussion.

INTERMEDIATE SERIES
The Intermediate Grid format will vary from year to year, based on CORE dental topics (Endodontics, Periodontics, Restoratives, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Oral Medicine, and Prosthodontics).
Please make sure that you indicate INTERMEDIATE SERIES on your CFP submission.

The fundamentals track will be soliciting a call for submissions as well as recruiting speakers. The VDF planning team has created a guideline for the content they are seeking. Please review their guidelines and submit a call for papers if you feel your content would be a fit.
