Any committee or company wishing to hold a meeting during the Veterinary Dental Forum must fill out a special meeting request form. We cannot guarantee space will be available; however, we will do our best to try to accommodate you. Any person and/or company looking to hold a special meeting, social event, demonstration, etc. must submit a special meeting request for review and approval and MUST be registered for the conference as an attendee or an exhibitor. You will be notified by VDF Management with confirmation of meeting, if approved.
